Based in New York, I’m a TV host, covering cultural and current events with five years of experience in producing, shooting, and editing stories.

For example, I have covered the 2016 New York primary elections, the First of May Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York and Ecuador’s traditional New Year’s Eve celebrations.

I’ve lived nearly half of my life outside of my homeland of Ecuador, which positions me well as a cultural reporter. I have worked as a TV host, blogger, print editor, and photography editor for a variety of publications, including architectural magazines, art galleries, publishing companies, and nightlife blogs.

Before transitioning to journalism, I worked more than six years as an architect. I have a master’s degree in architecture from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and another master’s degree in interior design from the Politecnico di Milano in Italy. After studying media studies at Pratt Institute, I graduated from the New York Film Academy’s broadcast journalism program in May 2016.

I edit with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I shoot with the Canon 5D Mark ii, Panasonic HMC150 and Canon C300.
